A great thing about Hong Kong: the freshness of your seafood!
Another family gathering tonight! This time rather than going to a fancy restaurant we deicded to go and eat nothing but hoi seen (seafood)!
However, rather than picking what you wanted on a menu, in Hong Kong, you can pick it yourself! Yup, you heard right! You can actually see ALL the seafood you are going to eat alive and well. Though we can do it in the UK (for lobsters), the choice in Hong Kong fdar exceeds UK!
